The cold weather has lifted for a few days. Warm temperatures in the 30-40s abound and most of the snow is melting. More snow and cold is scheduled to arrive this weekend, heavy wet spring snow. There are still three more months of cold weather ahead here in Minnesota, but maybe the deep freeze is over. I can handle temps above zero and more snow. Sunset is almost to 6pm now, a welcome flood of light when I take the bus home and the dogs to the park. Maybe my winter blues are in decline.
My throat has become scratchy and uncomfortable. I stayed home from work yesterday and slept. I don't know if this is a full cold, but it's not fun.
